Shipping policy

Indigo Bananas is a one person handmade crafts shop and shipping times vary.  Usual turnaround times are around 2-5 business days but please allow up to 15 business days especially during events, new releases, or winter weather.  Wednesdays and Saturdays are normal drop off days.

Please contact us at indigobananas@gmail.com if you have questions (if there isn't a reply within a couple of days it may be in spam filter - send us a message on the Indigo Bananas official Facebook page too).  Check the store front at www.indigibananas.com for any current alerts, updates or shipping notices.

We don't offer refunds, because these are handmade consumable items, but of course we do cover issues with the product or shipping.

You should receive tracking for your order once it enters packing stage (not dropoff, but that is usually within a couple of days). If you don't receive tracking send us an email.

We do offer international shipping as well as flat rate promo options for some international countries, but as of 2025 and the state of shipping & duties/customs from the US it's best to contact us first before any large orders.  If you are in Singapore or China and have issues with placing orders please send us an email - currently we have country/IP blocks for some areas in these countries due to spam bots and fraud.  Sorry about that!
